What are you dong to celebrate Pentecost?
Are you having a Festival?

The Jews felt it to be very important to celebrate this time. For them this was the time of the giving of The Torah. This was the time when Moses received The Torah directly from YHVH which became the guideline for Judaism from that time forth. They found it to be so important that they even counted and somewhat celebrated everyday leading up to it.

For CHRISTians this was the day when...
Acts 2.1. And when the day of Shavuot had come they were all in one place together.    2. And a sound came suddenly out of heaven as bringing a violent wind and it filled the whole house where they were sitting    3. and dividing tongues like fire were seen by them and the flames sat upon each one of them,    4. and all were filled by the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages just as the Spirit was giving them to speak out boldly.
Happened and literally what we call "The Church" was formed or started as a gathering of Believers.

My question then is what are you doing concerning it?
Is it important to you?
Is it important or forgotten?
